1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Beatloadr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Beatloadr is a platform for music producers to manage, schedule, and upload type beats to YouTube. We provide tools for metadata management, thumbnail generation, and automated uploading.
3. YouTube Integration
Our service integrates with YouTube via OAuth. You grant us permission to upload content to your YouTube channel on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings or Beatloadr dashboard.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
Free trials require no payment information. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.
5. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We will delete all your data within 24 hours. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Beatloadr is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including loss of data or YouTube account issues.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
