Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 3, 2026

1. Data Collection

  • Account Data: Email address and hashed passwords.

  • Content: Audio files, artwork, and rendered video outputs.

  • YouTube Data: OAuth access/refresh tokens and video identifiers used to upload content and retrieve analytics on your behalf.

  • Billing: Subscription identifiers (managed by Stripe/PayPal).

2. How We Use Data

We process data to provide core functionality, authenticate users, operate integrations, manage subscriptions, and improve service reliability. We do not use your data for advertising or sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the service with YouTube/Google APIs, payment providers (Stripe/PayPal), and cloud infrastructure providers (AWS) for hosting and storage. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

When you delete your account, we remove your record from our database and make a best-effort attempt to remove stored media objects from our S3 storage buckets. OAuth tokens are invalidated when you disconnect YouTube or delete your account.

5. Data Security & Protection

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. OAuth tokens and sensitive account data are stored securely and encrypted at rest, and transmitted only over secure HTTPS connections. Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized backend services and limited personnel for operational support. Tokens are used only to provide BeatLoadr features (uploads and analytics for the authenticated user) and are not used for advertising or profiling. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings.

Plain Language Summary

We store the email and settings needed to run your account, the media you upload, and the YouTube tokens needed to publish and show analytics on your behalf. You can disconnect YouTube or delete your account at any time to revoke access and remove your data.
